2025 Year in Review: Delivering Value to Our Members

As 2025 comes to a close, it’s a great time to reflect on the many ways our chapter has served and supported our members over the past year. Our mission is to empower project professionals across south-central Wisconsin, and this year we’ve continued to offer programs, resources, and opportunities that help our members grow professionally and connect meaningfully with one another.

Professional Development and Lifelong Learning
Our chapter remained committed to helping members advance their careers and expand their skills:

• Professional Development Day (PDD): An engaging PDD that brought members together for learning, networking, and growth.
• Learning Sessions: Opportunities to learn, share knowledge, and explore emerging trends in project management.
• Mentoring Program: Continued one-on-one mentorship to support members’ professional goals.
• PMP Exam Preparation Course: Structured certification preparation to strengthen members’ knowledge and confidence.

Member Engagement and Communication
Keeping members informed and involved was a top priority:

• Membership Meeting Forums & President Open Office Hours: Provided platforms for members to share ideas, ask questions, and connect with chapter leadership.
• Newsletters & Email Updates: Monthly communications kept members updated on events, programs, and initiatives.
• Website & Social Media: Regular updates and active LinkedIn engagement helped members stay connected.
• Surveys & Feedback Initiatives: Member input informed decisions and improved chapter offerings.
• Community Engagement & Social Events: Volunteering with Second Harvest Foodbank and non-PM social gatherings fostered connection beyond traditional programming.
• New Member Orientation: Welcomed and supported new members as they joined our community.

Volunteer Engagement and Leadership Development
Our volunteers are the heart of the chapter. In 2025, we strengthened support for our volunteer community through:

• Leadership Development Opportunities: Sharing PMI leadership resources and encouraging volunteer growth.
• Volunteer Recruitment: Engaging members in meaningful roles to sustain chapter programs and events.

Looking Ahead to 2026
2025 was a year of growth, learning, and community. The programs, resources, and engagement opportunities we delivered reflect our commitment to supporting project professionals at all stages of their careers. As we move into 2026, we look forward to building on this momentum—continuing to innovate and providing even more value to our members.

Thank you to every member who participated, volunteered, and contributed to the chapter’s success this year. Together, we make our community stronger, more connected, and more empowered to achieve excellence in project management.
