Strategic Priorities for 2025
To ensure we meet the evolving needs of our members, we’ve established clear strategic priorities for the year ahead:
- Foster Professional Development and Lifelong Learning
- We are committed to delivering at least 10 high-quality professional development events that address diverse member needs and promote career growth.
- Elevate Member Engagement and Deliver Value
- Our goal is to achieve a 15% increase in event attendance by enhancing event value and accessibility, ensuring that every member finds opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.
- Cultivate Volunteer Engagement and Leadership Development
- Volunteers are the backbone of our chapter. In 2025, we aim to reach a cumulative total of 1,000 volunteer hours while offering at least two leadership training sessions to empower our chapter leaders and volunteers.
- Strengthen Marketing and Brand Awareness
- By increasing our LinkedIn followers by 20%, we aim to amplify our online presence, engage members, and showcase the value we bring to the project management community.
