Anne has spent the last 15 years building Project Management teams and PMOs in major financial services, insurance, and manufacturing organizations. Most recently she has been engaged in transforming an IT organization from waterfall to agile using the Scaled Agile Framework. In January 2017 Anne started her transition to retirement by moving to part-time consulting.
Anne gains her energy from making change happen and working with people who have the vision and leadership to move an organization forward. Her passion is to build a structure that focuses on business results and at the same time allows for flexibility, ensuring each process step adds value. Her focus on leadership and teamwork is the glue that holds it all together. Wherever she goes, Anne emphasizes learning and has developed training programs on scheduling, leadership, change management, and avoiding organization drama. She has managed teams of 40 project managers and portfolios up to $250M and has led executive teams through strategic and portfolio planning.
Anne originally comes from Minnesota, but spent the bulk of her career in New York City and Northern New Jersey. Seven years ago she headed back to the Midwest to settle in Madison where she worked at QBE and Dean Health Plan.
