PDD will be at scenic Monona Terrace (https://www.mononaterrace.com) in downtown Madison, WI. Hotel rooms at the adjoining Hilton hotel are available for those looking to spend the night locally. Lunch will be catered at the event with snacks and coffee in between sessions. A remote streaming option will be available.

Three learning tracks will run in parallel through the day. Choose one track or mix and match to your liking.
Technical: Covering all competencies in the PMI Project Triangle; develop, refresh and improve your technical skills for managing projects.
Agile: Big "A: or little "a"? Our Agile track has something for everyone. Start (or Continue) down the path of an Agile transformation.
Leadership: Want to run a PMO? lead a team? or improve how you communicate with and influence senior leadership? Join our Leadership track and transform your hustle into leadership.

Shawn Belling is a globally-experienced technology executive and project management instructor based in Madison, WI. Shawn has held executive and management roles in higher education, software, consulting, bio-pharma, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance sectors. Shawn is the Chief Information Officer at Madison College and is adjunct faculty at UW-Platteville, as well as UW-Madison and the University of Southern California. In addition to nearly 29 years of technology and project leadership experience, Shawn teaches, speaks, and consults for businesses, universities, and professional organizations on various project management topics and practices.
Believing that we are capable of creating the extraordinary, Niel is deeply passionate about human potential and about deploying Lean-Agile principles to transform organizations into high performing teams. Niel is an Agile coach experienced in Enterprise Agile Transformations; focusing on Lean-Agile Methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Business Process Improvement, and Cross-functional Team Leadership to help organizations optimize value delivery. In addition to being a strong IT professional who has implemented Agile in enterprise-wide digital systems portfolios, Niel also implements Agile in non-IT contexts such as manufacturing and marketing in order to deal effectively with the ever changing priorities of today’s world.
Communicate for the Win! Communication specialist Lori Klinka will help you improve your communication skills to achieve your personal and professional goals. Improving your communication skills – virtually or in person – can help you get the results you want. Lori uses her skills as a speaker, trainer, coach, project manager, educator, producer and actress to bring an entertaining and informative style to her presentations and workshops. She is a member of the National Speaker’s Association for 17 years and was voted “Member of the Year” of the Illinois chapter. She was a project manager for 15 years and produced over 600 presentations for trade shows and major corporations.
Joe Perzel has been leading projects of all sizes and managing staff since 1982 in both a corporate and vendor capacity. He has a background in multiple industries including healthcare, insurance, finance, government, non-profit, K12, and higher education, audit and compliance, manufacturing, and agri-business. Presently, Joe is a partner at JPerzel Inc. as well as Program Manager at Surescripts LLC. He has also held leadership positions at Cargill, MN Workers Compensation Insurers Agency, Thomson Reuters, and International Multifoods.
Molly Beran is the Director of Project Management at Strata Decision Technology, a healthcare technology firm that develops financial planning software, strategies and analyses for hospitals. Molly’s team ensures on-time and on-budget delivery for all of Strata’s software solutions and manages the certification training program for Strata’s software products. Prior to joining Strata, Molly worked as a manager of multiple teams in IT at Lurie Children’s hospital, and as a consultant for Chicago-based Burwood Group, Inc., a boutique consulting firm specializing in IT management and infrastructure solutions. Prior to Burwood, Molly worked as a project manager and corporate trainer at Epic Systems Corporation, a Madison, WI-based healthcare software firm.
