Managing a Project Budget with Agile: From Challenges to Solutions

Can you follow the Agile manifesto as is and meet an agreed upon contract with a budget and timeline?

Is the Waterfall methodology a better way to manage projects under these conditions?

Or do you need a Hybrid of the two?

Through their presentation, Dayna May and Mrunalini Kulkarni will address all of these questions, and more! They will talk about the challenges and pathways to possible solutions to managing projects while meeting the terms and conditions of a signed contract with the client.
