Guest Speaker: Chris Cashell
Presentation: Project Leader NOT Project Manager
Join us Tuesday, November 14 as we welcome guest speaker Chris Cashell to the Badger Harley Davidson in Madison. Attend this event to earn 1 PDU in Strategic & Business Management.
Chapter meetings are always a great way to earn a minimum of 1 PDU, have some great food, network with others and enjoy a great guest speaker.
We often get stuck on job titles and that applies to Project Managers. What a Project Manager does every day on a project is lead the team but we want to be called Managers and not Leaders. The presentation will discuss the latest thinking around leadership and how that applies every single day to project managers.
The talk will also look for those attending to be engaged in the discussion to highlight examples of how a PM can lead their team more effectively each day to build a high performing and collaborative team that ultimately delivers results.
Come prepared to be engaged and share.
