We’ve all done a lot of reading about productivity and time management. This presentation takes a splash of Stephen Covey, a dash of David Allen, and a jot of Julie Morgenstern and tosses them in the blender of experience and real-life project management to come up with an effective mother sauce for making the daily grind more palatable. Beginning with a brief tour of time management psychology, this presentation quickly dives into hands-on, real work techniques for using email and note-taking techniques to manage the huge volume of content that project managers deal with every day.

Ann-Marie Cain is a PMI PMP and 10+ year veteran of the Project Management discipline, focusing primarily on health care and information technology projects. She also holds multiple Epic Clinical application certifications and managed a number of Epic implementations in roles representing (at different times) the vendor, health system, and consulting firm. Currently, she is a Program Manager in the WPS PPMO and running a number of implementation project related to Hyland OnBase Enterprise Content Management.
