Have you ever wondered what an Agile Lean Coffee is, and how to join one? This is your chance, as PMI has partnered with Scrum Alliance in Madison/South Central WI to create our first ever Lean Coffee event!
What is Lean Coffee?
Defined by Jim Benson and Jeremy Lightsmith in 2009, as a structured but agenda-less meeting where participants gather, build an agenda and begin talking, lean coffee has become very popular in agile communities both in USA and across the world. It’s a very easy format to follow!
Scrum Alliance will be facilitating the meeting, PMI will be marketing this first virtual event and we want members and non-members of both PMI and Scrum Alliance to join us!
Our first lean coffee event will have the topic of Agile Transformation and will take place on Wednesday November 11 th at 6:30pm, so register and bring along your questions on this topic, and join us at Lean Coffee!
