The Project Management Institute (PMI®) is recognized as the project management industry’s leading global professional association. PMI administers globally recognized and respected professional certification programs of the highest caliber with an unwavering commitment to professional excellence.
Project Management Professional (PMP®)
The PMP certification is the profession’s most globally recognized and respected certification credential. The PMP designation after your name tells current and potential employers that you have a solid foundation of project management knowledge that can be readily applied in the workplace across multiple industries.
To be eligible for the PMP certification, you must meet specific education and experience requirements and agree to adhere to a code of professional conduct. The final step to achieving the PMP certification is to pass a multiple-choice examination designed to objectively assess and measure your project management knowledge. This computer-based examination is administered globally.
PMPs must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the field of project management by satisfying PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements Program in order to maintain their certification.
