The system either doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, or it does it so badly that teams are finding ways around using the system and refusing to adopt new processes. For many Application Owners and PMs the question of what to do with the system tends to come down to “Do we re-implement or buy something else?” But there is another, less costly option, Fix it!

This session will focus on a real-world case study where Exact Sciences utilized Lean + Agile to improve our Learning Management System, significantly increasing our user satisfaction and adoption rates while reducing the number of incidents and tickets for the system.
