July Chapter Meeting: How to Train Your Leaders
Head Coach Ryan Munz (UW-Platteville Football) will present on "How to train your leaders.”
This will encompass creating a framework for:
1. Identifying Leaders within your organization
2. Understanding Brand vs Standards
3. Systematic approach to developing emerging leaders
4. Developing a culture of leadership
Ryan Munz is in his fourth season as the head coach at UW-Platteville and his nineteenth year overall as a member of the UW-Platteville staff after serving as the offensive coordinator since 2007.
His latest season saw him guide UW-Platteville to a WIAC conference championship, the first since 1980. He was also awarded American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) NCAA Division III Region 5 Coach of the Year.
Ryan is also a graduate of UW-Platteville's Master of Science Project Management program.
