People Don’t Come with Warning Labels: Dealing with Difficult People
Lori uses humorous characterizations to help people learn to resolve conflict and create a more productive work environment. We all have to deal with difficult people. Lori’s goal is to have the audience leave with specific skills they can use immediately.
As a result of this program you will:
- Understand why people are difficult
- Learn specific techniques for communicating with different types of people
- Create a more positive and productive work environment with improved morale and greater job satisfaction
- Be able to resolve conflict and improve communication
- Decrease stress for yourself and others which results in higher productivity
About Lori
Lori Klinka has used her skills as a speaker, project manager, trainer, speaking coach, educator, producer, and actress to bring an entertaining and informative style to her presentations and workshops.
As a project manager for 15 years, Lori produced over 800 presentations for trade shows for major corporations internationally. She has presented at the PMI North American Leadership Institute Meeting, as well as PDDs and chapter events across the U.S., both in person and virtually.
A 22-year member of the National Speakers Association, Lori is also a premier speaking and interview coach, working with Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, associations, and individuals. She lives with her husband Ken, a professional comedian—and yes, they laugh a lot!
