June Chapter Meeting
Chad Beier and Jeff Bubolz from Wisconsin Agility will present: Real Change. Real Fast. Turning Strategy Into Execution
Abstract:
Most organizations do not struggle because they lack ideas, strategy, or awareness of change. They struggle because the existing system is stronger than the intended transformation.
In this session, Chad Beier and Jeff Bubolz explore why so many change initiatives stall, regress, or become theater instead of producing measurable business impact. Drawing from real-world transformation work, they introduce the concept of High-Frequency Change (HFC) — a practical approach focused on creating organizational movement through structure, leadership behavior, operational cadence, and decisive action.
This talk challenges traditional assumptions about “change management” and explores why:
- The status quo naturally pulls organizations backward
- Culture follows structure more than intention
- Organizations ultimately become what they tolerate
- Planning change is not the same as creating change
- Real transformation happens through repeated action, not communication campaigns
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of why transformation efforts often fail, where to start instead, and how to create real organizational momentum that sustains change under pressure.
