December Chapter Meeting

Join UW–Madison's Office of Strategic Consulting and the Madison Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) on Monday, December 7 from 5:00–7:30 p.m., in the WARF Centennial Seminar Hub (7th Floor, Morgridge Hall, 1205 University Ave.) for "Adoption Isn't a Strategy: AI for Competitive Advantage," presented by Matt Seitz, Executive Director of the AI Hub for Business at UW–Madison and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Matt will explore what separates successful AI adoption from simply using AI tools, how AI is changing project work, how project roles and teams are evolving, and where project managers can create the greatest value in an AI-enabled workplace.
Who should attend?
This event is open to faculty, staff, students, and community members who:
- Work in project management or project leadership roles
- Are interested in pursuing a career in project management
- Want to learn more about AI's impact on project work
- Would like to connect with project management professionals from UW–Madison and the greater Madison community
