Britt Gottschalk Millennials in the Workplace – An Employer’s Nightmare The American workforce is no stranger to change, but how are employers expected to recruit employees from the generation that pays more attention to Twitter and Instagram than job postings? Employee retention is a competitive advantage, and you're probably wondering how to keep your organization relevant. Well, look no further! During this hour, we will explore what Millennials are looking for in an employer, their job environment, and as an individual to help you understand how to attract (and keep) the talent that will make up the majority of the labor market by 2025. Join us Tuesday, Nov 19th as we welcome Britt Gottschalk to a Great Dane Downtown in Madison. Attend this event to earn 1 PDU in Strategic And Business Management. Chapter meetings are always a great way to earn a minimum of 1 PDU, have some great food, network with others and enjoy a great guest speaker.
