Anne Hunnex Oh the Humanity; Understanding Humans to Lead Working as a leader in both productive and toxic work cultures, I have often pondered why it is so difficult for people to work together and why effective leadership is so elusive. This session goes back to the basics to explore how human beings are wired to act the way they do, and how emotions impact our daily interactions. From there, we explore the tribal needs of humans based on collaboration, effective feedback, innovation, and strong trusting relationships. Trust is a keystone for how people operate in groups and attendees will be asked to examine their own trust environment. To develop organizations that will succeed in the future, leaders must consider their own humanness and that of their employees or team members, while adapting to the rapid pace of change and the increasing complexity of the world. Join us Thursday, Apr 25th as we welcome Anne Hunnex to Capital Brewery Grain Room in Middleton. Attend this event to earn 1 PDU in Leadership. Event includes an option to tour the brewery! Chapter meetings are always a great way to earn a minimum of 1 PDU, have some great food, network with others and enjoy a great guest speaker.
