2022 April Chapter Meeting

Join us virtually for our April 2022 Chapter meeting featuring guest speaker Neil Ihde. Neil will speak on: "From Pandemic to Sansdemic - Strategies to Attract and Retain a Vanishing Workforce." Organizations are always on the lookout for great talent, but that challenge is getting more difficult by the day. Some have scrapped the idea of finding the ideal candidate and instead are just looking for a warm body...and they are still not having much luck. The reality is that the workforce is shrinking due to a convergence of several concerning factors. To simply sustain their current success (let alone try and grow), companies are needing to become more creative, open-minded, and adaptable to attract and retain employees. To survive and thrive, organizations need to change their view that people are not expenses, but rather understand that they are their most important assets that appreciate over time. Chapter meetings are great ways to earn PDUs and network with your fellow project managers.
