Lori Crever is a global speaking professional, university adjunct instructor in career mentorship and effective business communications, and coach-facilitator for the Center for Mentoring Excellence.  A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, she started her career working in live television, followed by a half-dozen years in New York City working in music and theater. Crever is the author of the book Protégé Power: A Roadmap for Mentorship, drawn from her two decades as communications, employee engagement, and philanthropic programs designer and leader in international banking. In the mentor program she ran, 88 percent of program graduates reported a notable upsurge in job responsibilities, operational sphere, and/or pay which they attributed to having the right mentor and skillful program guidance. In 2024, Crever earned a Global Leadership Diploma from the United Nations University for Peace (Universidad para la Paz) in San José, Costa Rica—an international institution organized to educate and inspire leaders toward equality, conflict resolution, and global happiness. When not speaking on workplace issues, Crever coaches and performs improvisational comedy in her home market of Minneapolis-Saint Paul and is a frequent participant in poetry and storytelling events.

Elias Mokole is a leadership consultant and founder of Developing Your Authentic Voice, a communication practice focused on project and organizational work. He works with leaders in project roles to strengthen clarity in stakeholder conversations, especially in high-stakes situations.

Elias has delivered keynote sessions for BA & Beyond Global Events and presented to professional communities across North America and Europe. His sessions examine how work is communicated in projects, including how decisions are explained, how alignment is built, and how leaders respond in the moment. Michael Roberts is an IT industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in bringing software to market. His industry certifications and accreditations include those from ICAgile, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, Atlassian, GitLab, and the Scaled Agile Framework. With his experience as a technology executive, he’s guided many companies to successful IT and software projects.

Rachel Yarger, PMP, PMI-PMOCP, MBA, is a project management veteran with nearly two decades of experience in defense contracting and biotech product development.  Specializing in developing FDA-regulated diagnostic products, Rachel has built and led PMOs, implemented governance structures, and guided teams through novel development and complex project management. She is passionate about mentoring and dedicated to developing the next generation of project managers. Rachel leverages extensive experience to inspire and educate, bringing practical insights and strategic solutions to the forefront of project management.

Delvin Fletcher is currently the President and CEO of the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) since 2020. Prior to joining IIBA he served as Chief Information Officer with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) since 2017. He has a background in membership associations, information systems, public accounting, government, and not-for-profits. Delvin also brings experience from Ethoca Technologies, Xchange Technology Group, Sap Canada, Shred-it International and other prominent organizations where he acted in senior leadership roles.

Before joining IIBA, Susan Moore spent over 20 years as a business analysis professional in finance, insurance, and utilities, working in both business and technology. 

She holds IIBA’s Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), as well as PMI’s Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

Susan is the host of IIBA’s podcast, Business Analysis Live!, where she chats with business analysis professionals from around the world on their insights and experiences.
